Tomorrow Intl to raise HKD177.5 mln via rights issue

Tomorrow International Holdings Ltd. (0760) said it plans to conduct a rights issue to raise HKD177.5 million. In addition, the company said it is currently in negotiations with a major shareholder of Swank International Manufacturing Co Ltd, over a possible acquisition of the shareholder's stake in Swank.
