Attacks in the U.S. have limited impact on HK property market: UBS Warburg

Franklin Lam, Head of Regional Property Research of UBS Warburg, indicated that the terror attacks on US will only exert temporary influences upon the property market of Hong Kong. Therefore the forecasted 10% increase in the property prices and a 20% rise in transaction volume of properties in the coming six months remain unchanged though it might take a longer time to achieve.
