Shun Cheong to issue 77 mln new shares to 3 companies

Shun Cheong Holdings Ltd. (0650)said it has proposed to issue 77 million new shares to three companies at HKD0.20 per share. Among the 77 million new shares 45 million shares will be issued to Kingsway Lion Spur Technology Ltd, and 16 million new shares each to Linkful Strategic Investment Ltd and Choi's International Ltd.
