HSBC Acquires U.K.-based Property Vision

HSBC Holdings Plc (0005) said HSBC Republic Bank (UK) Ltd., its subsidiary has acquired Property Vision, a U.K.-based consultancy for property buyers. Property Vision, which will have net asset value of 500,000 pounds following completion adjustments, negotiated on the purchase of 200 million pounds worth of property last year, said HSBC. 16.Rainbow Intl to raise HKD22.50 mln via GEM listing Rainbow International Holdings Ltd said it would offer 80 million shares at HKD0.50 for listing on the GEM board to raise net proceeds of HKD22.5 million.
