TCC Int'l (1136) acquires 0.94% in KG Telecom with HKD112 mln

TCC International (1136) announced to have acquired approximately 0.94% of the existing issued share capital of KG Telecom at a total consideration of about $112 million.After the acquisition, the shares held by thecompany in KG Telecom will increase from 8.93% to 9.87%.
