.Aircraft acquisition in line with SEHK rules: China East Air

China Eastern Airlines Corporation (0670) notes that the aircraft acquisition contract had breached neither the listing rules of the SEHK nor its Article of Associations. But the company admits breach of the listing rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The transaction involved RMB4.52 billion.
