NTT DoCoMo predicts 3G users up to 150,000 next March

NTT DoCoMo, Japan's largest mobile phone network operator, launched the world's first 3G telephony services on October 1 and noted that on the day of debut it has sold out 4,000 3G phones. The company expected the number of 3G service subscribers to grow to 150,000 by next March.
