Winsan (China) postpones acquisition of DIC

Winsan (China) Investment Group Company Limited (0085) announced that as a condition precedent to the acquisition agreement of purchasing from DIC vendor the DIC interest and to sell to Winsan International the property shares remains unfulfilled, the parties to the acquisition agreement have agreed to extend the time for fulfillment of this remaining condition precedent to 31 October, 2001.
