Govt. to create 120,000 jobs in construction projects: Tung Chee-hwa

Tung Chee-hwa, Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR Government, will use his Oct. 10 policy address to announce that the government will create 120,000 jobs by speeding up the launch of over 200 community construction projects worth HKD30 billion, sources said.
