Dao Heng and ICBC cut savings rate to 0.5%

Dao Heng Bank and ICBC (Asia) Ltd. (0349) said separately that they would cut their savings rates to 0.5 percent from 1 percent and lower their best lending rates to 5.5 percent from 6 percent, effective today.
