Oriental Union to buy less than 50% of Independent Islands with HKD400

Oriental Union Holdings Ltd. (1182) said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Electronic Dragon Technology Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding with Famous Islands Ltd. and four guarantors to buy not more than 50 pct in Independent Islands Ltd for not more than HKD400 million.
