Bestway to issue news shares to reduce losses

Bestway International Holdings Limited (0718) proposed to reduce the nominal value of each of the existing shares issued from HKD0.1 to HKD0.01 and the credit of approximately HKD128 million arising from the capital reduction will be used to eliminate part of the accumulated losses of the company.
