.Town Health to raise HKD6.51 mln by placing 31 mln shares

Town Health International Holdings Company Limited (8138) announced to raise HKD6.51 million by top-up placement. The company will issue totally 31 million new shares, which takes 6.07% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company. The placing price has a 14.98% discount compared with the close price of the share of $0.247 yesterday.
