Henderson Land FY Net Profit Down 25% to HK$4.394 Billion

Henderson Land Development (0012) announced its net profit dropped 25 percent to HK$4.394 billion for the year ended June, from a year earlier. Earnings per share were HK$2.55. Revenue, meantime, dropped 46 percent to HK$9.169 billion. A final dividend of 55 HK cents per share will be distributed.
