KamBoat Group IPO over-subscribed by 0.7x

KamBoat Group (0318) announced that the shares for initial public offer has been oversubscribed by 0.7x while the shares placement has been fully subscribed. It issued 115 million new shares, of which 10.35 million for public offer while the balance of 103.5 million shares for private placement, at $0.5 each. The proceeds amount to $57.5 million.
