Cathay may go tough on pilots

Cathay Pacific's (0293) director of flight operations Ken Barley suggests management may take tougher stance against pilots, who are still carrying on with 3-month long industrial action to demand higher pay. Barley feels "primary task at hand" is to survive "unprecedented downturn" in industry. Resolution of dispute in management's favor should certainly be positive for Cathay.
