.Kessel Intl places 3 units under liquidation/banks suspend loan facilities

Kessel International Holdings Ltd (0959) said it has placed three of its principal trading subsidiaries under voluntary liquidation and has appointed provisional liquidators. The three subsidiaries are Kessel Telecom Ltd, Kessel Electronics (HK) Ltd and Kepo Display Technology Ltd.
