.Kamboat Group IPO 1.7 times subscribed

Kamboat Group Co Ltd said its new shares offered under its IPO was 1.7 times subscribed. In a statement, the company said it received applications for 17.355 mln new shares for the 10.35 mln new shares offered under the IPO. The 103.5 mln shares under placement were fully subscribed, it added. Kamboat Group shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Oct 9. The company had offered a total of 115 mln shares for sale at 0.50 hkd per share.
