Chinese Estates refines terms of share offer to privatize Evergo

Chinese Estates Holdings Ltd. (0127), a medium-sized property developer, said Evergo China Holdings (0631) shareholders who accept the share option under its HK$207.7 million privatization offer would receive 123 new Chinese Estates shares for every 1,000 Evergo China shares. The offer is based on unaudited, adjusted consolidated net asset values per share of 82 HK cents for Evergo China and HK$6.72 for Chinese Estates, it said.
