Shun Cheong restrained by a court from completing its issue of 77 mln new shares

Shun Cheong Holdings Ltd (HK.650)said the company has been restrained by a court from completing its issue of 77 mln new shares to Kingsway Lion Spur Technology Ltd, Linkful Strategic Investment Ltd and Choi's International Ltd at 0.20 hkd per share. A court hearing on the matter has been scheduled on Oct 11.
