Tom.com to conclude an agreement for the takeover of Business Weekly Media Group

Tom.com Ltd(HK.8001) is expected to conclude an agreement for the takeover of Business Weekly Media Group this month. The takeover will involve a cash payment and a share issue at 5.51 hkd apiece from Tom.com, sources said.
