Harbour Front granted a waiver by the Takeovers and Mergers Panel

UDL Holdings Ltd (HK.620)said Harbour Front Ltd has been granted a waiver by the Takeovers and Mergers Panel from making a general offer for the remaining shares that it does not own in the company. In a statement, the company said Harbour Front has also been permitted to maintain its shareholding at 42.03 pct.
