Styland issue rights shares at the basis of two for every one share held

Styland Holdings Limited (0211) announced that it will issue rights shares at the basis of two rights shares for every one share held. A total of no more than 1.159 billion rights shares will be issued at $0.03 per share to raise $ 34.77 million. Of the net proceeds of $27.9 million, $10 million will be used
