NW Cyber still negotiates stake sale of an affiliate

New World CyberBase Limited (0276) announced that it is not aware of any reasons for the increase in its share price last Friday other than the proposed disposal of a 16% equity interest in an investee company being negotiated by a subsidiary of the company. However, the discussion is still under negotiation stage and no final terms have been reached.
