U-Cyber to buy 9th floor at Harcourt House for HK$ 79M from Lap Ho

U-Cyber Technology Holdings Ltd (0091)said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Universal Cyber Technology Holdings Ltd is proposing to buy the ninth floor at Harcourt House for 79 mln hkd from Lap Ho Properties Ltd. Lap Ho Properties is owned by U-Cyber Technology chairman Tong Nai Kan, who also owns a 12.23 pct stake in U-Cyber Technology.
