Techcap says Sunford sold 568.649M shares in co owned by director Lam

Techcap Holdings Ltd said Sunford Finance (HK) Ltd has sold 568.649 mln shares in a company owned by its director, Lam Yat Keung at 0.034-0.061 hkd per share between July 16 and Sept 26. In a statement, the company said the shares were pledged by Lam to Sunford.
