SUNeVision sells equipments to SHKP at $2.5M

SUNeVision Holdings Limited (8008) announced that Sunevision Super-Office (H.K.) Limited (Super-Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company which provides an extensive range of business solutions, last Friday entered into a connected transaction for the sale of certain computer equipments including mainframe servers and personal computers with Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP) (0016), the parent of the company, for the consideration of $1.531 million. As a result, there will be no gain or loss expected to accrue to the company.
