Celestial Asia chairman purchases 28M company shares

Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Ltd said its chairman Bankee Kwan purchased about 28 mln shares in the company from the open market on Oct 8. The purchased shares represented 0.40 pct of the total issued share capital of the company and 55.53 pct of the total trading volume of shares on Oct 8, it said.
