Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd (0001)said unit Cheung Kong Finance Co Ltd's general syndication of a 5 bln hkd five-year and seven-year term loan facility closed with 0.33 pct and 0.41 pct interest margins over HIBOR, respectively.
