Sun TV executive chairman resigns; Yang named new CEO

Sun Television Cybernetworks Holdings Ltd (0307)said Bruno Wu Zheng has resigned as executive chairman, chief executive officer and executive director of the company. In a statement, the company also announced the resignation of Pao Wan Lung as executive director. Both resignations took effect from Sept 28. The company also announced the appointments of Yang Lan as the new chief executive officer, and Daniel Mao, Charles Chao and Duan Yongji as executive directors, all effective from Sept 28.
