Qingdao Haier to raise 2.58 bln yuan via a convertible bond issue

Qingdao Haier Refrigerator Co Ltd(1169) said it plans to raise 2.58 bln yuan via a convertible bond issue, the Shanghai Daily reported. The company will use the issue proceeds to buy controlling stakes in three electrical appliance manufacturers from parent Haier Group.
