Quality Health 51.33% rights shares accepted or applied

Quality HealthCare Asia Limited (0593) announced that 20 valid acceptances and excess applications have been received for a total of about 469 million rights shares. The aggregate number of rights shares accepted or applied for represents approximately 51.33% of the total number of rights shares available under the rights issue. Brian O'Connor, Chairman of the company, has agreed to take up 300 million rights shares pursuant to his sub-underwriting commitment.
