Tech Venture major shareholder distributes whole stake

Technology Venture Holdings Limited (0061) announced that it is informed by Clear Goal, a substantial shareholder of the company holding approximately 35 .6% of the entire issued share capital, that it has effected a distribution in specie to its shareholders on 8 October 2001 of its entire shareholding in the company. Under the distribution, each of Ron Chan, Chairman of Technology Venture, and Terence Luk, Vice-Chairman of the company, is entitled to receive 88.8 million shares and 40 million shares respectively, representing approximately 24.5% and 11.0% respectively of the entire issued share capital
