Railtrack Group to sue HSBC to unlock bank accounts

Railtrack Group Plc. the parent of Britain's insolvent Railtrack Plc., said it would sue HSBC Holdings (0005) in an attempt to unlock its bank accounts, Reuters reported. Railtrack said earlier that it would take the unit's administrator to court if it did not unfreeze 351 million pounds of its funds.
