China Resources to purchase business from parent within year

China Resources Enterprise Ltd (0291) may conclude an agreement to purchase its parent's textile trading and logistic business within this year, said an investment analyst. China Resources is seeking to stipulate a profit guarantee from its parent and lower the price of the transaction to a P/E ratio of 5-6 times from 8.0.
