Global Green shareholder to place 27 million shares

Global Green Technology Ltd (0274) said its shareholder, Inviting Finance Ltd, intends to place 27 million shares with independent investors at 1.62 hkd per share. Inviting Finance will then subscribe to 27 mln new shares in the company at 1.62 hkd per share. Upon completion of the transaction, Inviting Finance will hold a 20.16 pct interest in Global Green Technology's enlarged share capital, it said.
