vLink changes substantial shareholder as Yu Ming sells all 26.5% stake

vLink Global Ltd. (0563) said substantial shareholder Yu Ming Investment Ltd. agreed to sell its entire 26.5 percent stake in the company to an independent investor for HK$51.8 million. The company said Yu Ming is selling 1.55 billion shares at 3.3 HK cents each, a 50 percent premium to the stock's last quote of 2.2 HK cents. The selling price also represents a 63.73 percent discount to the audited consolidated net asset value of HK$534.2 million as at April 30.
