CRE to cut price for acquisition of textile & logistics bisiness

Resources Enterprise Limited (0291) (CRE) revealed that the acquisitions of the textile and logistics businesses from the parent company are expected to complete before the end of the year. CRE is now seeking profit guarantee from the parent and looking for reduction of the acquisition price from at 8x P/E
