Town Health places 2.5% stake to 6 placees

Town Health International Holdings Company Limited (8138) announced that a total of 12 million existing shares of the company, representing 2.5% of the issued share capital of the company, at $0.21 each have been successfully placed to six independent placees. Two of the placees are each allocated 0.6% of the 2.5% issued share capital, each of another two 0.5% and each of another two 0.1%.
