Creative Star to issue Octopus VISA card

Creative Star Limited, said it has been engaged in talks with VISA on issuing Octopus VISA card and with banks for cooperation. The company has received replies from 20 banks regarding the plan, which is still in a preliminary stage without time-table set. Creative Star has 7.9 million Octopus card in issue. Its 97% income comes from transport-related sector. Noble expects the contribution by the non-transport to increase to 15-20% within two to three years from the current 3%.
