MTRC's Clement Kwok to join HK&S Hotels

MTRC (0066) announced that Clement Kwok, Finance Director will be leaving on 31 January, 2002, in order to take up an appointment as Managing Director and CEO of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (0045). Kwok joined MTRC as Finance Director on 1 June, 1996. Boppe Pierre Roger is the Managing Director and CEO of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels now.
