Mandarin Resources appoints new executive directors

Mandarin Resources Corp Ltd (0070) said in a statement that it has appointed Chan Kin Sang, Clive William Baker Oxley and Lau Kwok Hung as executive directors of the company with effect from Oct 11. Chan and Oxley were formerly non-executive directors in the company.
