Artel Solutions to issue 400 million shares for Hong Kong listing

Artel Solutions Group Holdings Ltd, a software solution provider, said the company will issue 400 million shares at 0.60 hkd each for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Of the 400 million shares, 360 million shares will be available for private placement and the remainder will be earmarked for public sale, it said. Dealing in its shares will commence on Oct 24, it said.
