KEL to invest in construction business with Deson

KEL Holdings Ltd (0681) said it is proposing to invest in the construction business with its indirect holding company, the Deson Group principally engaged as a main contractor in the construction business. KEL said it estimates the total revenue to be generated from business from its parent for the year to March 2002, will not exceed 150 mln hkd and 200 mln hkd for the years to March 2003 and 2004. Deson Group holds an indirect 55.6 pct stake in KEL.
