Jingwei Textile to pay RMB322.3 million to buy properties in Beijing

Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Ltd. (0350), a textile machinery manufacturer, said it will pay 322.3 million yuan to buy properties in Beijing, China. The H-share company said it expects annual income generated from the lease of the properties, with an aggregate gross floor area of 24,887.64 square meters, to be more than 30 million yuan. Trading in its shares will resume today after suspension yesterday for this statement
