Dongguan Defa Investmentsˇ¦ S. Megga case adjourned until Oct 22

Dongguan Defa Investment Ltd (0261) said the case against Wireless InterNetworks unit S. Megga Telecommunications Ltd has been adjourned by the High Court of Hong Kong until Oct 22. In a statement, the company said the adjournment was made on the understanding that the adjourned hearing would be set aside and the S. Megga scheme would proceed, provided documents relating to a creditors' scheme of arrangement between S. Megga and its unsecured creditors are filed with the Hong Kong Court by Oct 17.
