Megaworld plans to acquire stake in Fort Bonifacio project

Megaworld Corp (0142)is planning to acquire a stake in the Fort Bonifacio development project of Metro Pacific Corp. It will consider the acquisition after it has completed its Eastwood City Cyberpark project. Metro Pacific earlier said it is considering selling its controlling stake in the project to cut debt.
