Bestway proposes to grant directors mandate to buyback co shares

Bestway International Holdings Ltd (0718) said it is proposing to grant a mandate for its directors to repurchase the company's shares. In a statement, the company said it has also decided to abort its proposed share option scheme this year as the company had allocated its resources to complete its capital reduction and subdivision of shares.
