Mandarin Res accepts Yeung & Yau's resignations

Mandarin Resources Corporation Limited (0070) announced that the board of directors of the company has accepted the resignations of Yeung Kang-lam and Yau Wai-fan as executive directors of the company with effect from 11 October, 2001. Moreover, the special resolutions in respect of the removal of Yeung and Yau as executive directors of the company have been withdrawn at an EGM.
