Global Green to raise 16.50 mln hkd via top-up placement

Global Green Tech Group Ltd (0274) said it plans to raise 16.50 mln hkd via a top-up placement involving the issue of 10 mln new shares at 1.68 hkd each. The proceeds will be used as working capital and following the fund-raising, major shareholder Inviting Finance Ltd will hold a 19.51 pct stake in Global Green, down from 22.17 pct currently, it said.
